The Sears Centre Arena is committed to providing a unique fan experience, ensuring the Big Ten athletes, staff, alumni, family and friends have an unforgettable week by offering a diverse range of entertainment options.


Saturday, March 9 from 6–7pm

Meet some of your favorite past Big Ten student-athletes at the All-American Autograph Signing on Saturday, March 9th. All-Americans include two-time All American for the Ohio State Buckeyes, Jim Jackson, Michigan State Spartan and National Champion Mateen Cleaves, Wisconsin Badger and Heisman Trophy winner, Ron Dayne, and All-American at the University of Illinios Kenny Battle. Autographs are free with a Saturday game ticket and include a limited-edition autograph card. The autograph session commences after the first game of the day.

Sunday, March 10 from 2-6pm

Visit the Skills and Thrills Fan Camp, the ultimate Big Ten basketball fan experience, located in a heated tent outside the arena. Kids of all ages and skill levels can immerse themselves in the excitement of Big Ten basketball, participating in over 15 interactive exhibits including lay-up, free throw and spot shooting stations with full size and mini-hoops; as well as basketball themed obstacle course and skills challenge. Admission is free with a ticket to any game throughout the tournament. The Skills & Thrills Fan Camp is open on Saturday and Sunday from 2pm -6pm.

Pep Rally


Sunday, March 10 from 1-2pm

Fans are encouraged to come to the Sears Centre Arena at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 10 where they can see band and cheerleader performances from each of the participating Championship teams.

Friday, March 8 from 7-8:30pm *weather permitting

On Friday, fans are invited to gather outside the Sears Centre Arena for a massive bonfire. Enjoy music and a warm cup of hot chocolate or apple cider on hay bales with your family and friends.

Tip Off Party


Saturday, March 9, 7:30-10pm

Join fans from across the country on Saturday night (March 9) at Pinstripes (adjacent to Sears Centre Arena) a 40,000 square foot dining and entertainment venue. Regional favorites, 7th Heaven, will perform live throughout the evening. Guests can also take advantage of Pinstripes bocce and bowling areas, outdoor heated patio and fire pit, while sampling tasty food items and unique drinks from Pinstripes’ extensive menu.
